Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store teams in maximizing the shopping experience for all Jimmy Choo clients
  • Assist in processing all inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records through the Negative On Hand report system
  • Implement shipment standards and ensure adherence to operational protocols including floor sets, stockroom organization, and sales promotion displays
  • Organize and maintain back-stock areas on an ongoing basis, including shoe inventory rotation and re-shelving
  • Ship customer goods, corporate documents, and repair items in a timely manner
  • Communicate with store management regarding incoming and outgoing shipments, supply orders, and inventory needs
  • Notify management of shipment discrepancies, missed markdowns, and missing ticketing in back-stock areas
  • Complete damage documentation and price changes as required by corporate directives
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor with appropriate labeling and presentation standards
  • Perform re-ticketing, re-pricing, and markdown execution as directed
  • Execute stock checks and pulls for customers and the store team
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all styles are represented on the sales floor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to company safety requirements and standards for bathrooms and associate break areas
  • Protect company assets by ensuring strict adherence to loss prevention procedures
  • Restock cash desk supplies including register rolls, bags, ribbon, and related items
  • Accurately receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor to maximize presentation and daily sales
  • Foster a positive work environment by respecting and valuing team member opinions and recognizing differences
  • Assist sales staff in developing customer relationships that generate sales and encourage repeat visits
  • Support sales floor operations and fulfill cashier duties as required
  • Demonstrate superior customer service practices to maximize sales and prevent shrinkage

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant stock, inventory, or retail operations experience
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated loss prevention awareness and adherence to company security procedures
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
