Jimmy Choo seeks a Full Time Stock Associate in Santa Clara, CA to manage inventory, stockroom operations and customer shipments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all inventory movements: receive, unpack, tag and prepare merchandise for the sales floor to optimise presentation and daily sales.
  • Maintain stockroom organisation and cleanliness; maximise space utilisation and ensure all styles are appropriately represented on the sales floor.
  • Execute pricing activities, re-ticketing, re-pricing and markdowns in accordance with corporate directives.
  • Run and investigate Negative On Hand reports; adjust inventory records and escalate discrepancies to store management.
  • Process shipments, repairs and customer deliveries promptly; notify management of shipment discrepancies or missing tickets.
  • Support visual floor sets and ensure adherence to shipment standards, merchandising directives and loss prevention procedures.
  • Assist sales staff with client pulls, stock checks and on-floor changes; perform cashier duties and superior customer service as required.
  • Maintain and restock operational supplies at the cash desk and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, stockroom, receiving or warehouse experience preferred (luxury retail experience advantageous).
  • Demonstrable understanding of inventory control processes, including cycle counts and discrepancy investigation.
  • Basic cash-handling skills and ability to perform point-of-sale/cashier duties when required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational discipline and commitment to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks associated with the role (lifting and moving merchandise).

Experience
