Role & Responsibilities
- Support store teams to maximise the client shopping experience through efficient stockroom operations and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
- Accurately receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, including labelling, tagging and presentation prep.
- Process all inventory movements, execute price changes, markdowns and re-ticketing as required by corporate standards.
- Implement shipment standards and follow operational direction for product handling; notify management of any shipment discrepancies or missing tickets.
- Run and action Negative On Hand reports and communicate inventory issues to the store manager.
- Maintain organised, clean and safe stockroom and back-of-house areas; maximise space utilisation and ensure all styles are represented on the sales floor.
- Ship customer goods, corporate documents or repairs in a timely manner and complete damage reports as required.
- Perform stock checks and pull items for clients and sales staff; assist with cash desk supply replenishment.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and support sales staff with client relationships and on-floor duties, including cashier responsibilities when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory (ability to lift up to typical retail box weights and stand for extended periods).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy with inventory tasks.
- Good verbal communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
- Familiarity with retail loss prevention practices and basic cash handling or POS operation.

Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred; familiarity with inventory control systems and retail reporting is advantageous.
