Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise shipments against purchase orders and documentation
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated storage areas and on retail shelves according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts and cycle audits
- Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies or damaged merchandise
- Prepare merchandise for transfer between locations or for customer pickup
- Ensure stockroom and storage areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with retail and management teams to prioritize stocking and restocking activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems or warehouse software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
