Role & Responsibilities
- Support store teams in maximizing the shopping experience for Jimmy Choo clients
- Process all inventory movements and maintain accurate stock levels
- Implement shipment standards and operational directives, ensuring adherence to floor sets, cleanliness, stock room organization, and sales promotion requirements
- Organize and maintain shoe backstock on an ongoing basis
- Ship customer goods, corporate documents, and repairs in a timely manner
- Run Negative On Hand reports and communicate any discrepancies to management
- Coordinate with Store Manager regarding incoming/outgoing shipments, supply orders, and inventory requirements
- Notify management of shipment discrepancies, missed markdowns, and missing tickets
- Complete damage assessments and communicate plans to Store Manager
- Execute price changes as directed by corporate
- Prepare merchandise for the sales floor with appropriate labels and presentation
- Perform re-ticketing, re-pricing, and markdowns as required
- Conduct stock checks and pulls for clients and store team
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements
- Protect company assets by ensuring adherence to loss prevention procedures
- Restock cash desk supplies including register rolls, bags, and ribbon
- Accurately receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise to maximize presentation and sales
- Assist sales staff on the sales floor and fulfill cashier duties as needed
- Demonstrate superior customer service practices and product knowledge
