Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and log incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition against invoices and packing lists.
- Process and stage merchandise for timely replenishment of the sales floor, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
- Maintain organized, secure and accessible stockroom spaces; implement storage protocols for high-value goods.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts; report discrepancies and assist with inventory investigations.
- Prepare and stage client orders, click-and-collect items and transfers with careful packaging and documentation.
- Support loss-prevention protocols and handle stock with discretion consistent with luxury retail practices.
- Collaborate with sales and visual merchandising teams to execute product rotations, markdowns and seasonal resets.
- Operate safely any required material-handling equipment and follow health & safety guidelines for back-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or stockroom experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise repeatedly throughout a shift and to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling high-value inventory.
- Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to submit to background checks where required.

Experience
Preferably 1+ years of retail or warehouse experience, with prior work in a luxury or premium retail environment considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or merchandising is a plus.
