Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a neat, safe and well-organised selling floor and stockroom, ensuring product is stored and presented according to brand standards.
  • Adjust, replenish and reorganize shoe back stock on an ongoing basis to support sales cadence and visual merchandising needs.
  • Execute shipping and receiving functions, process customer shipments and returns, and prepare repairs and damaged goods for timely resolution.
  • Assist with inventory protocols and cycle counts, adhering to company inventory-control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Provide consistent operational support to the selling team, prioritizing the customer experience and enabling floor conversions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and perform stockroom tasks with speed, accuracy and attention to brand quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail stockroom, shipping/receiving or inventory experience is preferred (typically 0–2 years).
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise safely (frequent lifting of boxes and shoe cartons).
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-service orientation.
