Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain stock shelves and stockroom areas to exacting luxury retail standards
- Receive deliveries and verify that received merchandise matches supporting documentation, escalating any discrepancies to the Store Stock Controller
- Transfer and relocate stock boxes between stockroom areas as directed by the Store Stock Controller
- Maintain stringent stockroom controls to ensure continuous product availability for the sales floor
- Monitor personal work quality against company standards and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Support scheduled stock movements and transfers under Store Stock Controller direction
- Communicate stock issues transparently and contribute to solution-finding efforts
- Participate actively in stocktake cycles and store events
- Coordinate effectively with wider store team to facilitate efficient product flow between stockroom and sales floor
- Support the sales team by ensuring timely availability of requested merchandise
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to maintain exceptional operational and cleanliness standards
