Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service that adheres to the brand's Selling Ceremony and consistently exceeds customer expectations.
  • Drive sales performance and meet individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and upselling.
  • Build, maintain and grow a personal client database to ensure repeat custom and long‑term loyalty.
  • Develop thorough product knowledge (construction, materials, care, design) to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Support and execute visual merchandising standards to maintain a luxurious, on‑brand presentation at all times.
  • Manage stock control activities: replenish, reconcile records, participate in stock takes and maintain designated categories.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly; escalate and recommend solutions to store management when required.
  • Assist store management with back‑of‑house administration, Health & Safety reporting and ad‑hoc operational tasks.
  • Represent the brand at promotional events and contribute ideas to improve concession performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a sales consultant with a recognised brand.
  • Previous experience within luxury retail or premium fashion desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.
  • Client‑focused attitude with demonstrated ability to pre‑empt and satisfy client needs.
  • Professional presentation and grooming; strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Flexible availability and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
