Jimmy Choo seeks a senior finance leader to oversee finance across its Florence supply chain organisation and two directly operated shoe factories, leading financial planning, accounting, controls, commercial analysis, and associated IT and Legal functions in Italy and Switzerland. The role reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain and Industrial Operations, with a dotted line to the Senior Vice President, CFO & Operations, and offers an annual compensation range of EUR 100,000–120,000.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage finance functions for JCF and two shoe factories, ensuring accounts are accurate, complete, and delivered on time in accordance with Group and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all three organisations comply with Group and local statutory requirements.
• Maintain strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts across the supply chain; identify variances, develop solutions, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Lead and manage commercial projects, ensuring full and timely delivery within budget and in line with commercial requirements.
• Ensure financial systems and processes are implemented and operate efficiently and effectively.
• Design, build, and lead the Supply Chain finance organisation supporting JCF and shoe factory operations.
• Apply robust financial analysis and commercial rigour to Supply Chain projects, ensuring analysis is accurate, complete, and understood by the business.
• Develop and implement a robust financial control environment, ensuring controls are in place and operating effectively across the organisation.
• Monitor financial performance across the global supply chain and shoe factories, identify variances and trends, and regularly review discrepancies with senior management and stakeholders.
• Set clear financial objectives and responsibilities for supply chain cost-improvement activities, including margin-improvement initiatives.
• Lead, manage, and develop accounting, controlling, legal, and IT functions in Italy and Switzerland.
• Build, organise, and structure finance teams, processes, and controls across the global supply chain and shoe factories.
• Work with senior Supply Chain management and Corporate Finance teams to build robust financial accounting, forecasting, and commercial control systems and processes, and ensure they operate effectively.
• Ensure reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis are relevant, reliable, and rigorous in decision-making across the Supply Chain organisation.
• Take responsibility for the IT and Legal functions within the Supply Chain.
• Lead accounting and controlling across the Supply Chain organisation and provide regular financial forecasts and updates in line with the Group timetable.
• Define, recruit, lead, and manage Supply Chain finance teams across the three businesses to ensure a robust and relevant flow of information.
• Establish and maintain accounting principles, practices, procedures, and records.
• Own financial capital and operational strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts for the entire supply chain organisation.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for financial initiatives across the Jimmy Choo supply chain.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with prior Supply Chain finance experience in manufacturing and distribution businesses.
• Extensive, proven track record of driving change and transformation in global supply companies.
• Strong team leadership and management capability.
• Proven commercial analysis and decision-making experience in a Supply Chain environment.
• Experience in a complex global financial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service, and fashion.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a multinational business.

Experience

Prior Supply Chain finance experience in manufacturing and distribution businesses; extensive experience driving change and transformation in global supply companies; experience in commercial analysis and decision-making in a Supply Chain environment and in a complex global financial environment.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 100,000 to EUR 120,000 per annum.
