Jimmy Choo seeks a Senior Ecommerce Analyst in London to build data analytics capabilities and drive performance insights across digital commerce operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to track sales, inventory, engagement, and customer lifetime value metrics
- Serve as the primary data resource for performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and stakeholder accessibility across the ecommerce organization
- Query and analyse complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, business opportunities, and underlying drivers of performance
- Proactively identify and automate manual reporting processes to enhance efficiency and enable deeper analytical work
- Partner with stakeholders across Trading, Planning, Content, Marketing, and Finance to understand business challenges and translate requirements into analytical solutions
- Support the Trade team with annual planning and forecasting initiatives and coordinate budgeting submissions with the Finance department
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX formula authoring, and Power Query for ETL processes
- Strong SQL expertise for querying and manipulating large, complex datasets
- Demonstrated experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and process automation
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and visual clarity
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in ecommerce, retail, or related digital commerce environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Adobe Data Experience (ADE) (preferred)
