Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for the global PR agency network operating across France, Italy, Spain, and Germany, ensuring clarity on objectives, timing, and brand expectations
- Develop and implement the communications strategy for Northern Europe in collaboration with the Senior Communications Manager, securing coverage in top-tier luxury fashion media
- Manage and maintain the global sample and gifting budget alongside the Global Communications Assistant, tracking press office expenditure and coordinating sample distribution across all markets and departments
- Provide PR agencies with updated press materials, brand strategy briefs, seasonal priorities, and launch information to enable best-in-class delivery
- Support press and community event coordination across key European territories
- Monitor and collate PR agency deliverables, performance metrics, and luxury fashion media coverage; analyse results and track competitor activity
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key media contacts across Northern Europe
- Maintain press office tools, trackers, calendars, and reporting systems to ensure visibility and organisational efficiency
- Oversee regular PR performance reporting across global markets, analysing data and insights to demonstrate ROI and optimise PR strategies
- Support the coordination of global communications moments and events to amplify brand visibility
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional experience in PR, gained either in-house or agency-side
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Exceptional organisational and project management capabilities
- Strong communication skills with confidence managing senior stakeholders and external partners
- Advanced proficiency in Fashion GPS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reporting
Skills
Experience
3–4 years of professional experience in public relations, either in-house at a luxury fashion house or within a PR agency environment. Experience managing PR agencies, working across international markets, and supporting press office operations is highly advantageous.
