Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, boutique-level customer service consistently, following the brand's Selling Ceremony to exceed client expectations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, clienteling and upselling.
- Represent the Jimmy Choo lifestyle and image through impeccable grooming, professional conduct and adherence to dress code.
- Acquire and maintain expert product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to inform and advise clients accurately.
- Build, develop and maintain a personal client database to drive repeat visits, loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Manage customer complaints professionally—investigate issues, propose solutions and escalate to store management when required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the concession is presented to company VM and Retail Excellence guidelines at all times.
- Support stock control activities: replenish merchandise, maintain stock accuracy, participate in stock takes and manage assigned categories.
- Participate in promotional events and represent the brand at in-store activations and customer events.
- Support store administration and back-of-house operations as requested; communicate Health & Safety concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success as a retail sales consultant with a recognised brand.
- Previous experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Demonstrable clienteling and CRM capability.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market, customer service standards and contemporary fashion trends.
- Flexible approach to work, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and adapt to change.
- Professional presentation, reliability and strong attention to detail.

Experience
Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a recognised brand; prior luxury retail experience preferred, with proven ability to meet KPIs, manage client relationships, support visual merchandising and handle stock processes.
Education
No formal tertiary degree required; secondary education or vocational retail/hospitality qualification preferred.
