Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service at every touchpoint by applying the brand's Selling Ceremony and clienteling techniques to exceed customer expectations.
  • Project the Jimmy Choo luxury image through impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanour and adherence to the store dress code.
  • Develop in‑depth product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to advise clients and support sales.
  • Build and maintain a personal client database to drive repeat visits and cultivate long‑term customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and constructively, escalating to store management with recommended solutions when necessary.
