Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service in line with the brand's Selling Ceremony to exceed client expectations and drive conversions.
  • Project and uphold the Jimmy Choo luxury image through impeccable grooming, professional demeanour and adherence to the dress code.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Build, grow and manage a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, proposing solutions and escalating to store management when required.
  • Support merchandise replenishment and maintain accurate stock records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Participate in stock takes and assist with inventory controls to ensure continued stock supply and record accuracy.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique’s presentation, tidiness and cleanliness reflect brand guidelines.
  • Attend store meetings and training; represent the brand at promotional events and client-facing activities.
  • Support back-of-house administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as requested by store management, demonstrating flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, Retail Excellence standards and health & safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment (seasonal or permanent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop a personal client base.
  • Attention to detail in merchandising, stock control and boutique presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet store scheduling needs.
  • Professional appearance and commitment to brand grooming and conduct standards.
