Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the store team in delivering a premium client experience through friendly, proactive on-floor presence.
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and maintain visual standards during merchandise floor moves.
  • Perform stock checks and locate inventory to assist sales associates and fulfil customer requests.
  • Maintain organised and efficient back-of-house areas to uphold store standards and speed of service.
  • Greet and interact with customers in a warm, professional manner and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
  • Assist sales associates in resolving client issues and complaints, escalating complex matters as required.
  • Comply with all sales-related policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Flexible availability throughout the seasonal term (June 1 to August 31, 2026), including weekends and peak shopping hours.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and capable of performing repetitive merchandising tasks while maintaining visual quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for luxury client service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise and perform light physical tasks.
  • Right to work in the United States.
