Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service at every touchpoint by following the company Selling Ceremony and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Project the Jimmy Choo luxury image through professional grooming, manner, presentation and conduct.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients confidently.
  • Build, grow and manage a personal client database to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints promptly: investigate, propose solutions and escalate to store management when required.
  • Support stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock records in line with company procedures; participate in stock takes when needed.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation to Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and ensure the concession’s cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Contribute ideas to improve concession performance and actively pursue individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
  • Support store management with back-of-house and administrative duties and attend all required meetings and training.
  • Represent Jimmy Choo during in-store promotional events and activities and ensure compliance with Host store policies and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or premium retail environment.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.
  • Demonstrable selling skills and history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sound knowledge of the luxury market, client service standards and fashion trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain composed under pressure and anticipate client needs.

Experience
