Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience throughout the sales cycle and after‑sales service to drive store results
  • Cultivate, manage and grow a loyal clientele through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with store management to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Maintain deep product knowledge, including footwear and accessories terminology, to advise clients confidently
  • Represent the brand in the community as an ambassador and actively foster brand awareness
