Jimmy Choo — Sales Associate (Contract) in Toronto. Contract role delivering luxury client service, achieving sales targets and maintaining visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience throughout the entire client journey, driving conversion and after-sales loyalty
- Cultivate, grow and maintain a portfolio of clientele through proactive outreach and community engagement
- Work with store management to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Jimmy Choo footwear and accessories and communicate product story and technical details with confidence
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to strengthen brand presence and reputation
- Ensure merchandising and visual standards are maintained to maison guidelines at all times
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling, reconciliation and other financial responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience with an established clientele
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling approach
- Technologically literate with the ability to adopt retail systems and tools quickly
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within a footwear or accessories environment, with demonstrated ability to build and retain high-value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related training is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
