Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to drive conversion and average transaction value on the sales floor.
- Execute clienteling activities: welcome clients, build relationships, follow up on leads and manage appointment bookings.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately: process sales, returns, exchanges and payments; perform cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including window displays, shop floor styling and product zoning.
- Support stockroom operations and inventory control: receive and process deliveries, replenish merchandise and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and maintain a secure, compliant retail environment.
- Contribute to store targets and participate in promotional events, seasonal resets and team briefings.
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred; luxury or outlet retail experience advantageous.
- Customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and professional grooming consistent with brand standards.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
- Ability to perform routine physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 kg (approx. 55 lbs).
- Right to work in the United States required.

Experience
Entry-level position; 0–2 years of retail sales experience recommended. Preference given to candidates with prior experience meeting sales targets and working with POS systems in a high-traffic outlet or brand boutique.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
