Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service following the Jimmy Choo Selling Ceremony and surpass client expectations at every interaction
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge including construction, materials, care, and design elements
- Build and cultivate a personal client database to drive repeat business and ensure customer loyalty
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly through investigation, solution development, and recommendation to store management
- Execute stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock records in accordance with company procedures
- Participate in scheduled stock takes and inventory audits as required
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique tidiness and cleanliness
- Attend and actively participate in store meetings, training events, and promotional activities
- Monitor and strive to achieve key performance indicators to drive boutique and individual sales performance
