Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, bespoke customer service by applying the brand's Selling Ceremony to maximise conversion and lifetime client value.
  • Represent the Jimmy Choo luxury image through polished grooming, professional behaviour and refined client interaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge (construction, materials, care, design) to advise clients accurately and confidently.
  • Build, grow and manage a personal client database to ensure repeat business and client loyalty through proactive clienteling.
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints promptly, investigating issues and proposing solutions or escalating to store management as required.
  • Support stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock controls and records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Participate in stock takes, store meetings, and training events to ensure alignment with commercial and operational priorities.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation consistently meets VM standards and maintain boutique tidiness and visual integrity.
  • Represent the brand at promotional events and support back-of-house administrative and operational tasks as requested.
  • Contribute ideas to improve boutique performance and actively pursue individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
  • Comply with company Retail Excellence procedures, health & safety and security policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or equivalent high-end retail environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building aptitude with demonstrable sales results.
  • Sound knowledge of the luxury market, fashion product lifecycle and customer service standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate initiative and exceed customer expectations consistently.
  • Professional demeanour, self-motivation, enthusiasm and readiness to support the team to achieve targets.
