Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Jimmy Choo brand through in-store and virtual client interactions, serving as a brand ambassador within the community
- Execute key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial transaction management
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide prompt, knowledgeable, and attentive client assistance
- Manage client relationships through consistent follow-up via phone calls, emails, and correspondence to cultivate loyalty
- Maintain client book records and ensure accuracy of clientele database for targeted engagement
