Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Jimmy Choo brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, serving as a brand ambassador in the community
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening, closing, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures such as bag checks
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to all clients
- Manage client book relationships and cultivate clientele through consistent follow-up via phone calls, emails, and thank you letters
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive identification and pursuit of sales opportunities
- Perform cash wrap operations and maintain inventory management standards
- Execute back-of-house operations, shipping/receiving tasks, and special projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards at all times
- Demonstrate proficiency with register and point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
