Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in-store and virtually, delivering exemplary, personalised client experiences and acting as a local brand ambassador.
- Develop and manage a personal clientele through proactive outreach (phone, email, thank-you notes) and follow-up to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying opportunities, upselling and closing transactions.
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling and adherence to end-of-day procedures (e.g., bag checks).
- Maintain accurate client book records and provide prompt after-sales service to resolve client enquiries and returns.
- Manage inventory activities and assist with Shipping/Receiving and Back of House tasks as required.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale/register system(s) with accuracy and maintain cash wrap standards.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused demeanour with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver a personalised luxury service.
- Demonstrated reliability and integrity in cash handling and key-holder responsibilities.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail, clienteling and achieving sales targets is strongly preferred. Experience with key-holder duties and inventory processes is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
