Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service following the brand’s Selling Ceremony to exceed client expectations and drive sales.
  • Project the Jimmy Choo luxury image through professional grooming, immaculate presentation and polished client interactions.
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients confidently.
  • Build, manage and grow a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly by investigating issues, proposing solutions and escalating to store management when appropriate.
  • Operate day-to-day merchandising tasks: replenishment, visual merchandising to VM standards, tidiness and boutique presentation.
  • Maintain accurate stock control, participate in stock takes and follow company procedures to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Support and represent the brand during in-store promotional events and activities.
  • Attend store meetings and training sessions; apply learnings to improve sales performance and boutique operations.
  • Adhere strictly to Retail Excellence standards, company policies, health & safety and security procedures.
  • Provide administrative and back-of-house support to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager as required, demonstrating flexibility for ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable excellence in customer service with a client-focused approach.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and ability to embody the brand’s luxury image.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships (clienteling) and manage a client database.
  • Reliable numeracy and accuracy for cash handling, stock control and basic administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and to support promotional events.

Experience

Preferably 1+ years of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable sales results and experience with clienteling are advantageous.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury goods is desirable.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Sanremo, Liguria, Italy, with easy access to Nice.
