Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience throughout the sales cycle and during after‑sales service to maximise conversion and retention
- Cultivate, grow and maintain a high‑value clientele through proactive outreach and personalised clienteling
- Partner with store management to meet and exceed sales targets and execute promotional initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Jimmy Choo footwear and accessories, including relevant terminology and features
- Represent the brand in the local community and act as an ambassador to foster long‑term customer relationships
- Ensure store visual standards and merchandising guidelines are consistently upheld
- Perform key‑holder responsibilities, including store opening/closing, cash handling and associated financial controls
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and operate autonomously as a self‑starter
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a demonstrated passion for client and community engagement
- Curious, motivated sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with retail technology and point‑of‑sale systems; entrepreneurial mindset
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales with a proven track record of building and retaining clientele, achieving sales goals and performing key‑holder duties including cash handling and store opening/closing.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in retail, fashion or business is preferred.
