Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique operations by managing incoming deliveries, replenishing floor stock and maintaining an orderly stockroom.
- Assist sales advisors by preparing merchandise, running items to fitting rooms, and facilitating client requests promptly and discreetly.
- Maintain presentation standards across sales floor, windows and fitting rooms through regular merchandising and housekeeping tasks.
- Process basic point-of-sale tasks, assist with returns and exchanges, and support cash-handling procedures when required.
- Coordinate internal logistics for client pickups, exchanges and small local deliveries; liaise with store management on inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare merchandise for visual merchandising sets and support store teams during stock counts and seasonal transitions.
- Provide warm, professional service to clients encountered in-store and support the team in delivering a seamless customer experience during peak season.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing operational role; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work full-time seasonal hours (approx. 39 hours/week) including weekends and peak tourist periods.
- Physical ability to perform stock-handling duties, including lifting and prolonged standing.
- Strong organisational skills, reliability and attention to detail.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the seasonal contract.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of experience in retail or hospitality roles, with prior exposure to fast-paced or seasonal store environments; luxury or premium brand experience is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.
