The Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service, develops product expertise and client loyalty, supports stock and boutique operations, and works toward individual and store performance targets at Jimmy Choo’s La Rinascente Tritone boutique in Rome. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations by following the Selling Ceremony.
- Represent Jimmy Choo’s glamorous luxury lifestyle image through customer service, attitude, grooming, dress code and behaviour.
- Develop detailed product knowledge, including construction, materials, care and design, to provide informed customer service.
- Build, develop and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to store management.
- Replenish stock in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Maintain effective stock controls, ensuring ongoing supply and accurate stock records.
- Participate in and support team stocktakes as required.
- Attend and participate in store meetings and training events, maintaining effective communication.
- Participate in and represent Jimmy Choo at promotional events and activities.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique tidiness and cleanliness.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve all aspects of boutique performance.
- Monitor and work to achieve key performance indicators, increasing boutique performance and meeting individual and store targets.
- Implement and follow the procedures, standards and policies outlined in Retail Excellence and communicated by the Company.
- Communicate potential health and safety issues to the Store Manager and comply with Jimmy Choo safety and security procedures.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back-of-house and administrative operations as requested.
- Support store management with other reasonable ad hoc duties needed to run the boutique successfully.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 26,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
