Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service through deep product knowledge and refined clienteling.
- Build, maintain and grow a personal client database to drive repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Support store operations: replenish stock, assist with stock takes and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Represent the brand at in-store promotions and external events, presenting Jimmy Choo with professionalism and style.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management as required.
- Contribute ideas to improve store performance and client experience.
Qualifications
