Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service through deep product knowledge and refined clienteling.
- Build, maintain and grow a personal client database to drive repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Support store operations: replenish stock, assist with stock takes and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Represent the brand at in-store promotions and external events, presenting Jimmy Choo with professionalism and style.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management as required.
- Contribute ideas to improve store performance and client experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with an understanding of the luxury lifestyle and client expectations.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate as a team player.
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and willing to go the extra mile to cultivate client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including events and promotional activity.
- Fluent in Dutch preferred; additional language skills an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium brand, is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of client development, meeting targets and contributing to store performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
