Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Jimmy Choo brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, acting as a brand ambassador in the community
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial accountability
- Maintain expert product knowledge and provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to all clients
- Execute sales standards, cash wrap procedures, and client book management with precision
- Manage inventory, conduct shipping and receiving tasks, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships through consistent follow-up via phone, email, thank you letters, and out-of-town merchandise shipping
- Assist clients in product selection and the try-on process
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and visual standards
- Perform back-of-house operations and support special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
- Fluency in English and preferably a second language, particularly Chinese
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Proficiency with POS/CRM systems and point-of-sale registers
- Ability to operate effectively under stress while maintaining composure and professionalism

Education
Post-secondary education preferred.
