Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, acting as a brand ambassador
- Execute key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling, and financial reconciliation
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on Jimmy Choo shoe and accessory offerings
- Provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance while ensuring the highest service standards
- Manage client book relationships and cultivate established clientele through consistent follow-up via phone, email, and correspondence
- Assist clients with selections and facilitate try-on processes
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive identification and pursuit of sales opportunities
- Manage inventory, merchandise product displays, and maintain visual standards throughout the store
- Perform cash wrap and point-of-sale operations with proficiency

- 2–5 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
- Proficiency with POS/CRM systems and register operations
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
