Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Execute key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling, and financial reconciliation
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on Jimmy Choo shoe and accessory offerings
  • Provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance while ensuring the highest service standards
  • Manage client book relationships and cultivate established clientele through consistent follow-up via phone, email, and correspondence
