Role & Responsibilities

  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and execute floor moves to maintain visual standards.
  • Perform stock checks and manage inventory enquiries to support sales associates and customer fulfilment.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation as required.
  • Maintain organisation and standards in the back of house to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Greet and engage customers warmly, determine needs, and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
  • Assist sales associates in resolving client issues and complaints to preserve customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Support visual merchandising tasks to uphold boutique presentation and promotional initiatives.
  • Comply with all sales-related policies, procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience, preferably within a boutique or outlet environment.
  • Proven experience using a POS system and handling retail transactions accurately.
  • Demonstrable customer-service orientation with the ability to sell and foster lasting client relationships.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Curious and motivated, able to engage clients and contribute to a collaborative sales team.
