Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and execute floor moves to maintain visual standards.
- Perform stock checks and manage inventory enquiries to support sales associates and customer fulfilment.
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation as required.
- Maintain organisation and standards in the back of house to ensure operational efficiency.
- Greet and engage customers warmly, determine needs, and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
- Assist sales associates in resolving client issues and complaints to preserve customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Support visual merchandising tasks to uphold boutique presentation and promotional initiatives.
- Comply with all sales-related policies, procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience, preferably within a boutique or outlet environment.
- Proven experience using a POS system and handling retail transactions accurately.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with the ability to sell and foster lasting client relationships.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Curious and motivated, able to engage clients and contribute to a collaborative sales team.

At least 2 years of luxury retail experience, ideally within boutique or outlet settings, with a demonstrated track record in client service and supporting sales operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in retail, fashion, or hospitality considered an asset.
