Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience during and after the sale to drive results and repeat business
- Cultivate and maintain a high-value client book through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Collaborate with store management to achieve and exceed sales targets and local KPIs
- Maintain expert product knowledge and fluency in Jimmy Choo footwear and accessory terminology
- Act as a visible brand ambassador in the community, building local awareness and brand affinity
- Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards at all times
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing procedures, cash handling and other financial responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with strong motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills; able to engage and convert discerning clients
- Technologically literate with an entrepreneurial approach to client acquisition and retention

Experience
At least 2 years of frontline luxury retail experience, preferably with an existing client base and demonstrable sales achievements.
