Jimmy Choo in Puerto Banus is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver luxury boutique service and clienteling expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at every touchpoint by following the brand’s Selling Ceremony and customer-care protocols.
  • Project the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle through impeccable personal presentation, grooming, attitude and conduct.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to inform and upsell to clients.
  • Build, grow and manage a client database to drive repeat purchases and long-term loyalty (clienteling).
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to store management when appropriate.
  • Support stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock records; participate in stock takes and inventory controls.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation meets VM standards and maintain boutique tidiness and visual integrity at all times.
  • Attend store meetings and training sessions; represent the brand at promotional events and in-store activities.
  • Support back-of-house and administrative tasks as requested by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Adhere to company procedures, Retail Excellence standards, and health & safety and security policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success within a luxury brand or premium retail environment.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written); additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional interpersonal manner.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and sales-closing ability with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, product categories and customer expectations.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, remain composed under pressure and be proactive in anticipating client needs.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion and presentation.

Skills

Selling Ceremony Retail Excellence clienteling visual merchandising (VM standards) stock control and inventory management

Experience

Prior experience as a sales consultant or client advisor in a luxury or premium fashion brand, with demonstrable achievement against sales targets and experience in client database management and clienteling.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is desirable.

This position is based in Puerto Banus, Andalusia, Spain, within easy reach of Malaga.
