Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience throughout the sales cycle and provide after-sale service to cultivate repeat business.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and community ambassadorship.
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets in partnership with the management team, contributing to weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Jimmy Choo footwear and accessories and apply correct product terminology during client interactions.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique presentation reflects brand guidelines at all times.
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling and adherence to financial controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of luxury retail or boutique sales experience with an established client base.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a demonstrable passion for client engagement.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, curiosity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Technologically competent with the ability to use POS systems and digital clienteling tools.
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to manage cash handling and key-holder responsibilities.

Experience
At least 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, ideally with an established clientele and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, sales or hospitality training preferred but not required.
