Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service according to the Selling Ceremony, consistently exceeding client expectations
- Develop and maintain a personal client database to foster repeat visits and customer loyalty
- Demonstrate mastery of product details including construction, materials, care instructions, and design heritage
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally through investigation and collaborative problem-solving
- Manage stock replenishment procedures and maintain accurate inventory controls
- Participate in scheduled stock takes and support inventory audits as required
