Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, personalised client service to high-net-worth and diverse clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and proactive clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure presentation of product, displays and boutique environment aligns with brand directives.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and accurate till operations; reconcile cash and electronic payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Support stock management: receive, unpack, replenish and conduct regular inventory controls to preserve product integrity and availability.
- Contribute to CRM activities: update client records, schedule appointments and follow up on leads and post-sale service.
- Assist with store operational tasks including daily opening/closing, housekeeping, and loss-prevention practices.
- Participate in product and brand training to sustain up-to-date product knowledge and to communicate brand values to clients.
