Jimmy Choo is hiring a Sales Associate in Orlando, FL — boutique role focused on clienteling, luxury retail sales and key-holder responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience before, during and after the sale to drive results and repeat business.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships and proactively grow an established client base.
- Partner with store management to execute strategic plans and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories, including relevant terminology.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the local community and proactively foster customer engagement.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling and financial duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele.
- Self-starter with a demonstrable ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Strong customer-service orientation with proven selling skills and client engagement.
- Curious, motivated and commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to retail.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to adopt retail systems and digital clienteling tools.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, with an established client base and demonstrated sales results.
