Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated customer experience before, during and after the sale to drive results and repeat business.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships and proactively grow an established client base.
  • Partner with store management to execute strategic plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories, including relevant terminology.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the local community and proactively foster customer engagement.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are consistently maintained.
  • Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling and financial duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrable ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with proven selling skills and client engagement.
  • Curious, motivated and commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to retail.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to adopt retail systems and digital clienteling tools.
