Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service at every opportunity by following the Jimmy Choo Selling Ceremony.
- Project the brand’s glamorous luxury image through professional grooming, presentation and conduct.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients authoritatively.
- Build, maintain and grow a personal client database to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to store management where appropriate.
- Support stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock records and controls; participate in stock takes.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising (VM) standards and maintain boutique cleanliness.
- Attend store meetings and training sessions; represent the brand at in-store and promotional events.
- Contribute ideas to improve boutique performance and actively pursue individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Follow all retail procedures, safety and security protocols; provide administrative and back-of-house support as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a sales consultant within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent English.
- Demonstrable sales and clienteling ability; experience meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market, customer service practices and contemporary fashion.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, remain proactive and pre-empt client needs.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and a client-focused demeanour.

Experience
Proven experience as a sales consultant in luxury retail; demonstrated ability to build client relationships, achieve sales targets and operate to brand retail standards.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent. Vocational training in retail, luxury goods or fashion is advantageous.
