Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary luxury customer service following the brand Selling Ceremony to exceed client expectations and achieve individual/store KPIs.
- Represent the Jimmy Choo image through impeccable grooming, professional demeanour and adherence to dress code.
- Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to support informed selling and aftercare advice.
- Build, manage and grow a personal client database to drive repeat business and long-term client loyalty.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to store management when appropriate.
- Support merchandising standards: maintain VM standards, ensure boutique tidiness and execute promotional displays.
- Participate in stock replenishment, stock takes and maintain accurate stock records according to company procedures.
- Support store events and promotional activities and represent the brand during in-store activations.
- Attend store meetings and training; implement Retail Excellence procedures and internal policies.
- Support back-of-house administrative operations and ad-hoc duties as required by Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Identify and report health & safety or security issues in line with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or high-end boutique environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and developing client relationships.
- Solid understanding of the luxury market, customer service expectations and contemporary fashion trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay proactive and pre-empt client needs under pressure.

Demonstrable success gained as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or comparable high-end retail environment; experience in client development and meeting sales targets is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, luxury goods or fashion is preferred.
