Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated customer experience both during and after-sale service to drive results and foster long-term client relationships
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships through proactive engagement and personalized service
- Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and understand terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories
