Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service through in-depth product knowledge and attentive client engagement.
- Build, maintain and proactively develop a personal client database to drive repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Present the Jimmy Choo brand and lifestyle at point of sale, during promotional events and other store activations.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to preserve client loyalty.
- Support stock management activities including replenishment, visual merchandising and periodic stock counts.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve store performance and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Applicant must belong to a protected category as defined by Italian Law n. 68/1999 (reserved role).
- Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated with a service-driven mindset.
- Ability to embody and communicate the luxury lifestyle and image of Jimmy Choo at all times.
- Maintains professionalism under pressure and demonstrates resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, ideally within premium fashion or accessories. Experience building and managing a personal client book is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (high-school diploma) or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury brand training is desirable but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
