Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through professional client interactions both in-store and virtually, serving as a brand ambassador within the local community
- Execute key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and financial reconciliation
- Maintain superior product knowledge specific to Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories, and communicate technical terminology accurately to clients
- Provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to all clients, maintaining the highest service standards at all times
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships through consistent follow-up via phone calls, emails, thank-you letters, and out-of-town merchandise shipping
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through productive performance and proactive identification of revenue opportunities
- Manage client books, inventory systems, and sales transactions using the register system
- Maintain visual merchandising and display standards throughout the store
- Perform back-of-house responsibilities as needed, including inventory management, shipping and receiving tasks, and special projects
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, directives, and uniform and grooming standards
- Clock in and out via the UltiPro portal system and navigate payroll and HR functions within the portal
- Process end-of-day procedures including bag checks and cash wrap standards
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in retail or luxury goods environments
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Strong cash handling and financial accountability experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and modern retail technologies
- Ability to maintain high visual and merchandising standards
- Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
Skills
Experience
Retail or luxury brand sales experience required; experience in footwear or accessories retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
