Capri Holdings seeks a Sales Associate in Miami, FL — full-time retail role delivering luxury client service across Capri brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with the brand’s luxury standards to drive sales and long‑term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active clienteling, up‑selling and cross‑selling.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately; handle transactions, returns and exchanges in line with company policy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation; assist with product launches and floor moves.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store team to ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing, housekeeping and staff communication.
