Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience before, during and after the sale to maximise conversion and long-term client retention.
- Cultivate, maintain and grow a book of clientele through proactive outreach, in-store engagement and community ambassadorship.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve and exceed sales targets and execute local commercial strategies.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories, using correct product terminology to advise clients.
- Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards at all times to reflect brand aesthetics.
- Perform key-holder duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and other financial responsibilities.
- Use technology and point-of-sale systems effectively to manage transactions, clienteling and follow-up activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail with an established clientele and proven sales results.
- Self-starter with a demonstrable track record of meeting targets and driving revenue.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to assume key-holder responsibilities, including cash handling.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to a variable schedule.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail, with existing client relationships and a proven ability to achieve sales targets and perform key-holder duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework or certifications in retail, fashion or sales are advantageous.
