Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony and exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity
  • Build and maintain a personal client database to drive repeat visits and enhance customer loyalty
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge including construction, materials, care instructions, and design heritage
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally by investigating issues and recommending appropriate solutions to store management
  • Manage stock replenishment according to company procedures and maintain accurate stock records
  • Support stock takes as required and ensure continued stock supply
  • Participate in all store meetings and training events to maintain effective team communication
  • Represent Jimmy Choo at promotional events and brand activities
  • Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards whilst maintaining concession cleanliness and organisation
