Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony and exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity
- Build and maintain a personal client database to drive repeat visits and enhance customer loyalty
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge including construction, materials, care instructions, and design heritage
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally by investigating issues and recommending appropriate solutions to store management
- Manage stock replenishment according to company procedures and maintain accurate stock records
- Support stock takes as required and ensure continued stock supply
- Participate in all store meetings and training events to maintain effective team communication
- Represent Jimmy Choo at promotional events and brand activities
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards whilst maintaining concession cleanliness and organisation
- Actively contribute ideas and suggestions to improve concession performance
- Monitor and work towards key performance indicators to increase sales and reach individual and team targets
- Implement and adhere to Retail Excellence procedures, Jimmy Choo policies, and host store compliance requirements
