Jimmy Choo seeks a Part Time Sales Associate in Manchester to deliver luxury client service and drive sales on the concession.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service at every touchpoint by following the brand’s Selling Ceremony and luxury service standards.
  • Represent and uphold the Jimmy Choo luxury image through impeccable grooming, professional demeanour and polished presentation.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients confidently and convert sales.
  • Build, maintain and grow a personal client database to drive repeat visits, clienteling and long-term loyalty.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and customer enquiries in accordance with company and host-store policies.
  • Support stock replenishment and accurate stock control procedures, participating in stock takes and inventory reconciliation as required.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation conforms to visual merchandising standards and maintain cleanliness and order across the concession.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary to secure satisfactory outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas to improve concession performance and actively pursue individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
  • Attend store meetings and training sessions, and represent the brand at promotional events and in-store activations.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required.
  • Demonstrable retail sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Sound knowledge of the luxury market, fashion trends and high-touch customer service expectations.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands, work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate initiative in client care.

Experience
